Community event at Bennerley in 2022. Could you help us organize events like this?

We are incredibly excited to announce we’ve got a new opportunity to join our team! The role is a part time, project funded, Volunteer and Partnerships Coordinator. This person will be essential in helping us manage the amazing volunteers at our historic site and nature reserve, and in finding fun ways to share our work with the community.

The role is funded by an exciting Severn Trent project (more information coming soon). This project will focus on improving our rich wetland habitat, supporting biodiversity and sharing our rewilding work with the public through education and activities.

Day-to-day the Volunteer and Partnerships Coordinator will recruit and support volunteers, assist the project team with administrative and evaluation tasks, sustain relationships with community groups, help us arrange and plan fun activities for families and the general public, and help us deliver the project goals. They will play a crucial role in empowering volunteers to led parts of the project, so a strong person-centered approach and great interpersonal skills are required.
