About your visit

Bennerley Viaduct offers something for everyone – those seeking to take in its panoramic views, fine-tune their art or photography skills, explore the footpaths and nature reserve around the site, or simply enjoy a cup of tea in our cafe.

It’s FREE to visit this amazing heritage asset, so it’s the perfect place for the family to enjoy a great value day out. You can access the viaduct at any time during the day, or come when our visitor centre is open, to make the most of our facilities.

Visitor Centre

The Bennerley Viaduct Visitor Centre has accessible toilets and a cafe serving locally-sourced refreshments.

  • Opening hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 10am to 3pm.
  • Closed: Monday & Tuesday

It’s accessible by public transport, on foot or by bicycle, or by car – full details on our ‘how to find us’ page.

With exhibitions, events, tours and volunteering opportunities, you can learn more about the history of the site, the unique environment and the many species that call it home, or join our team of active and committed volunteers who carry out maintenance and conservation work throughout the week.

Why not become a member of The Friends of Bennerley Viaduct? Your support will help to keep the viaduct open, protect wildlife habitats, and bring people together through events, walks and learning activities.
